Matthew Lombardo
Matthew Lombardo, founder of Lombardo Luxury Build Group, Lombardo Pools, and Lombardo Landscaping brings a lifelong passion for thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and creating environments that feel both refined and personal. With a natural eye for artistry and design, he began his career at a young age, developing a deep appreciation for structure, detail, and the balance between nature and architecture—an entrepreneurial start that continues to shape the creative vision behind his companies today.
After relocating to Florida, Matthew expanded his hands-on experience through supervisory and project roles that deepened his expertise in construction, site development, and year-round design in the Southwest Florida climate. These formative years laid the groundwork for a portfolio of successful business ventures.
As a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Business, Matthew has also obtained his Certified Building Contractor License and Commercial Pool Contractor License in the state of Florida. His professional approach blends technical precision with a refined artistic eye, allowing him to lead projects defined by quality, detail, and elevated aesthetics.

Our Luxury Build Process
Our design-build philosophy brings every element together with beauty and intention. By unifying architecture, landscape, and structural elements under one cohesive process, we create environments that feel effortless and exceptionally well-considered.
Step 1: Design Consultation
The process begins with an in-home consultation to understand your vision, preferences, and how you want your outdoor space to look and feel. This conversation ensures the design direction is aligned with your lifestyle and goals.
Step 2: Custom Designs & Design Agreement
After the consultation and signed design agreement, the design team creates detailed 2D and 3D concepts. You are invited to the show center for a visual presentation, including budget ranges and cost options tailored to your design.
Step 3: Detailed Proposals & Selections
Once you review the concepts, revisions are made based on your feedback. During this stage, materials are recommended and final selections are confirmed so the team can prepare accurate, detailed proposals.
Step 4: Construction Agreement
With your design and selections finalized, a formal construction agreement is created. After approval, the team moves forward as your Expert Builder to bring your custom outdoor living space to life with precision and care.
